Client: HEP
Challenge: To co-finance a development of 222 multi-standard rapid and 30 ultra rapid chargers for electric vehicles
Approach: Our services covered a wide range of topics such as Project ideas’ assessment, Detection of funding opportunities and project scope alignment, Discovery of possible project partners, Consortium creation assistance (across Croatia, Slovenia, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Romania), Project proposal creation according to Call requirements, Project budgeting, Assistance in stakeholders’ acquisition and support, and Grant agreement alignments.
Result: Project co-financed rate of 85% obtained (project value: 22.16M euros) from the Connecting Europe Facility (CEF) for Transport funding instrument

Challenge: To co-finance a development of multi-standard rapid charge points for electric vehicles
Approach: Our services covered a wide range of topics such as Project ideas’ assessment, Detection of funding opportunities and project scope alignment, Discovery of possible project partners, Consortium creation assistance (across Croatia, Czech Republic, and Slovakia), Project proposal creation according to Call requirements, Project budgeting, Assistance in stakeholders’ acquisition and support, and Grant agreement alignments.
Result: Project co-financed rate of 85% obtained (project value: 6.997.647 euros) from the Connecting Europe Facility (CEF) for Transport funding instrument

R&D

Client: Croatian competitiveness cluster of automotive industry
Challenge: To prepare Centre of Competence project for EU co-funding
Approach: Our services covered finalization of necessary documentation for two stage EU application process. We prepared Research and Development Strategy for automotive sector 2015. – 2020., Action plan for strategy implementation and Feasibility study for the project with necessary additional documents.
Result: Project selected for second stage EU application process. Application for second stage evaluation process submitted.

eMOBILNOST

Client: HEP Inc.
Challenge: To define business models for Electric Vehicle charging services
Approach: Our services covered a wide range of topics such as EV business models assessments, E-mobility value chain positioning, Quantitative analyses of different business model options, Energy consumption and availability adequacy modelling, Capital expenditures and profit/loss statements, Risk & Cost-benefit analyses, and detailed work plans for each business model scenario.
Result: Defined selection of business models ready for implementation with related working plans

SafeTRAM

Client: Končar – Electrical Engineering Institute Inc.
Challenge: To prepare R&D project for EU co-funding
Approach: Our services covered quality assurance of complete application for R&D EU application process. We advised the company how to improve their Business plan and Liquidity / Financial plan for a successful EU project application.
Result: Project co-financed from structural funds (project value: 2.462.965 euros, grant value:1.795.346 euros)

The Orchid - 4 star hotel

Client: Happy Tours Ltd.
Challenge: To co-finance a tourism project using non-refundable EU grants and National Support Instrument (investment incentives)
Approach: Our services covered end to end solution for our client (from inception of project application process to completion of the project implementation. We supported our client in project idea development, preparing investment documentation (marketing strategy, feasibility study, cost-benefit analysis), communication assistance with EU co-funding management structure and project management from inception to completion.
Result: Project received EU non-refundable grant and National investment incentive. Implementation process is underway (project value: 3.873.088 euros, grant value:1.315.560 euros).
