Consultant in Co-financing of investments practice

Job description:
Dyvolve is looking for dynamic Consultants who will be working in our EU funding proposal management practice. Typical solution offerings include: Funding sources and clients alignment, EU proposal preparation, CBA & FS, consortium creation, project-related studies delivery, and overall project management.

Key Role Accountabilities:
The main things we look for in Consultants are a drive to learn, teamwork, resilience, a passion to improve the effectiveness of client organisations and a commitment to accurate delivery.

Representative accountabilities include:

  • Prepare EU funding application in teams
  • Execute Feasibility studies and Cost-Benefit Analysis
  • Manage EU funded proposals once contracted
  • Deliver certain parts of the projects autonomously on time
  • Lead smaller client engagements.

We expect to see evidence of initiative and of soliciting colleagues’ help with specific issues or decisions. Consultants need to be able to work in complex client environments, apply business models and concepts accurately, and lead project milestone deliveries. They should have a confidence in their own ability and understand their own limits and have the influencing skills to handle the demands of others.

The baseline requirements are:

  • Bachelor degree (ideally Master’s degree), preferably in economics, engineering or business administration
  • Ideally 4 years of professional experience working as an EU project proposal professional or a consultant for EU project funding
  • Practical experience in preparation of Cost-Benefit Analysis in accordance with Guide to Cost-Benefit Analysis of Investment Projects 2014 – 2020 is a plus
  • Advanced experience in using Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Internet
  • Fluency in Croatian and English (other languages a plus)

Dyvolve is looking for dynamic Consultants who will be working in our Sustainability practice in Europe. Typical solution offerings include: Electric Vehicle Infrastructure development, Clean Urban Transport projects development and implementation, and Smart City Research & Innovation projects.

Key Role Accountabilities:
The main things we look for in Consultants are a drive to learn, teamwork, resilience, a passion to improve the effectiveness of client organizations and a commitment to accurate delivery.

Representative accountabilities include:

  • Research background materials (internet, articles, firm’s knowledge base etc.) and create summary reports
  • Conduct business analyses and draw conclusions from the data and statistical analysis reports, in order to drive organizational performance improvements
  • Deliver certain parts of the projects autonomously on time
  • Lead smaller client engagements
  • Support project managers to transform client needs into meaningful and workable solutions
