What we expect you already have:

• 6-10 years of business experience in areas of planning and design of sustainable low-carbon transport and/or public transport, and/or creating local/regional/national transport strategies, studies, action plans with concrete measures to achieve strategic goals
• Business development experience
• Formal consulting experience is a plus  
• Strong business analytics and advanced numerical capability
• Communication & influencing skills
• Master’s degree, preferably in transport or engineering or space planning
• Fluency in Croatian and English (other languages a plus)
• EU member state citizenship

• Business development experience
• Formal consulting experience is a plus  
• Strong business analytics and advanced numerical capability
• Communication & influencing skills
• Master’s degree, preferably in IT or electrical engineering or electronics
• IT certificates in the areas of COBIT, Scrum, TOGAF, IT governance, IT Audit, SaaS are a plus
• Project management certificates (PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, IPMA Level C/D) are a plus
• Fluency in Croatian and English (other languages a plus)
• EU member state citizenship
